Terms of Use
What this site is
This site lets Fine Care Pharmacy patients (and people acting for a patient they are entitled to act for) request refills, transfers, vaccines, and send messages to the pharmacy. It is a way to ask; the pharmacy decides. A request is not a promise that a medication will be filled, a transfer completed, or a vaccine given — a pharmacist reviews every request against your record, the prescription on file, your insurance, and New York law.
Not medical advice, not an emergency service
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Messages sent here are read during pharmacy hours. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For poison exposure, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate information and only request medications for yourself or someone you are legally entitled to act for (for example, your child or a person whose care you manage).
- Keep the links we send you private; they expire, and anyone with the link while it is live can see that request.
- Do not use the site to obtain a medication by misrepresentation. Under New York and federal law that is a crime, and we report it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, but it may be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control; the pharmacy phone line, (718) 676-9976, works whenever we are open. We may change or retire features and these terms; the date above tells you the current version.
Prices, refunds and payment
Nothing is sold or charged through this site. Prices and copays are set when your prescription is filled and are payable at pickup or delivery. New York law lets you ask for a medication's cash price and for the pharmacy's retail price list at any time. Returns of dispensed prescription medications are restricted by New York law; ask the pharmacist about your situation.
Content and ownership
The site's text, design, and the Fine Care Pharmacy name and logo belong to EMA Pharmacy Corp. You may use the site for its purpose; you may not copy it, scrape it, probe it for weaknesses, or interfere with it.
Limits of liability
To the extent New York law allows, the pharmacy is not liable for losses caused by your use of, or inability to use, this website — as distinct from the pharmacy services themselves, which remain fully subject to New York pharmacy law and our professional duties to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes belong in the courts of Kings County, New York. Questions: Fine Care Pharmacy, 380 Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237 · (718) 676-9976 · Kevinn.m@finecarerx.com.
